We are very pleased with our unit in the Seagate Yacht Club. Our experience with Seaside Builders has been a very positive one. My wife and I have built several homes and admittedly, we are very detailed oriented and set a high expectation for the contractors that we have done business with.

My wife and I purchased a townhome at the Seagate Yacht Club Residences in 2015. Prior to closing on the property we looked into Seaside Builders and were told of their great reputation for customizing luxury homes in Delray Beach. They absolutely lived up to this reputation and did a superb job on our home down to the final finishes. They provided quality work throughout the home, and more importantly they have great people and contractors on their team. They ensured we were completely satisfied by the end of the project. Our construction manager Jimmy Disciascio was fantastic and was quickly able to take care of every issue no matter how big or small. In comparison to builders we have used in the past on our other custom homes, Seaside is by far the best and has exceeded our expectations.

We moved to Delray Beach two years ago and bought our new town home before it was out of the ground. This was our sixth time building a home and our first time with Seaside Builders. Our experience with them has been wonderful from our first meeting. They were flexible and encouraging around the alterations we wanted to make. The quality of the construction and the finishes are top rate. For us, however, what sets Seaside Builders apart from all others is the quality of their people. They even found a few minor cosmetic issues for me and fixed them too. I know Seaside Builders will be there for me in the future for any issues related to my new home. My next home will be with Seaside also. Seaside is one of the busiest builders in South Florida and for good reason – they’re also the best!

In our case, we were carried through the process by a great architect and a great builder. Seaside Builders did more than its share and exceeded our expectations.

Seaside gave us a written timetable from excavation to completion and then pushed itself and its legion of long-time subcontractors to meet the schedule. While Seaside was mindful of the schedule, no detail was too small to get right. Tom Laudani takes pride in his work and he wants the job to be done well, not just done. He uses his extensive experience and trained eye to make adjustments and suggestions to create a truly custom home. In 2011, my wife and I selected Seaside Builders to construct our dream home in Delray Beach. We purchased a property with an existing small home. We are both very busy and were intimidated by the prospect of demolishing an existing home and building a new home.
